At BarelyThreadedLab, every item is made-to-order with care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom printed specifically for each customer, we maintain a strict no-return policy. All Sales Are Final All purchases made through BarelyThreadedLab are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check all order details, including sizing, color, design selection, and shipping information before completing your purchase. Made-to-Order Items All of our products are created on demand through our production partner, Printify. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed, which is why returns and exchanges are not permitted. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is: Damaged Defective Incorrect (wrong item or design) Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at barelythreadedlab@gmail.com. Include the following: Order number Description of the issue Clear photos of the product and packaging Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost if the issue is verified. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion. Sizing Responsibility We provide detailed sizing charts for all products. It is the customer's responsibility to review sizing before purchasing. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Shipping Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. BarelyThreadedLab is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Color & Design Disclaimer Due to differences in screen displays and printing processes, slight variations in color, placement, or design may occur. These are not considered defects.
